Red Bear Inn is searching for people who enjoying meeting and talking to people from all over the world. Come join a small team of like minded people that strive to give every guest a positive experience. Red Bear Inn sits in the middle of one of the most beautiful valleys. From our front desk you can see the mountains, wildlife with scenes like they come from a movie. Join us for an unforgettable adventure in Madison Valley.
Hotel Front Desk Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Ascertains their lodging, purchasing needs.
- Assists guests and owners in a branded, friendly, proactive, and efficient manner with appropriate follow-up as necessary.
- Knows all essential aspects of our hotel operations.
- Registers guests and manages the rooming software.
- Collects payments by accepting cash or charge payments from customers; and makes change for cash customers.
- Verifies credit acceptance by reviewing and recording driver’s license; and operating credit card authorization systems.
- Monitors lobby and check-in activity to determine room flow.
- Responds to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Provides pre-arrival support for guests giving them guidance for their stay.
- Facilitates correspondence with guests.
Work Hours Hours are 2-3 days a week. Flexible with days. Occasionally will have opportunity for more hours.
Pay starts at $16-19 per hour.
